ORDERING, SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

 

Our packages will be send with care and respect.

 

In the Netherlands, your order will be delivered by Post.nl depending on your order, we will charge €2,95 (mailbox post) or €7,95 (registered mail) for shipment within the Netherlands. The moment your order gets shipped, you get an email from us. Normally you will receive your package within 24-48 hours after shipment.

You can determine your delivery address. (at home, at work etc) A PostNL postman, will deliver your registered mailed package on the address of your choice.

The package deliverer tries to deliver the package once. If you're not home, you will get a ticket to take off your package at the local post-office

Delivery of your order

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned at the product you want to order.

If you pay with IDEAL or PayPal, your order will be shipped in 1 or 2 days in the Netherlands, if it's not a personalised product. If you pay by bank transfer, it can take 1 or 2 days more, because it takes a few days before the money is transferred from one bank to another.

Products that are personalized ( by engraving, ash-processing or else) will take more time to ship and deliver.

Exchanges and returns


Exchanging or returning? No problem!

You can return your product ( if it's not personalized, or customized) within 14 days after delivery. If you return a product, we will pay your money back (by ideal or bank transfer), within 7 days.

The product has to be received by us in original shape and package, without any damage.

We want to process your return as good as possible. Thats why we need as much information as possible. If you want to return a product, you have to fill in a return-form and sent it to us with you package.

How can I return a product?

If you are outside The Netherlands please contact us for return instructions, before send back the goods.

To return a product you have to sent it to us through a post office.
You have to fill in a return-form and sent it to us together with you package. 
Returns are on your own cost and risk .

Dear visitor,

We would like to inform you that we will be on our year-end holiday from: Thursday, 18 December 2024 to and including Sunday, 5 January 2025.

You can, if desired, simply place an order during this period.
Messages will be read and responded to once a day.
Orders will be handled in the order of arrival from Monday, 6 January.
Any cremation ash (if applicable) can be sent during our holiday period, which will continue to be received by us.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, all received ash will be picked up from our mailbox, also during the holiday.
